ASK SHANTELL- GUIDELINES

Hey hun!!

Get fashion design questions answered. Including digital fabric printing, range planning, product development, illustration, sourcing and studio set up.

Follow these guidelines to increase your chance, of having your question answered by Shantell.

You will be asked to fill out a short survey. Please be sure to answer all the questions. 

Once you complete the survey, emailed it to us-  a link to record your voice message on the app we use,  will be emailed to you. 

Your question for Shantell will not be selected if you have not filled out the survey or if we have not received it from you.

We can't guarentee your question will be selected.

We are only accepting and selecting questions from thoese submitted via voicemail. 

If you are an introvert, we understand you may be resistant to the idea of submitting a voice message. 

When you record your message please include your name, the name of your business/brand/website - along with your question/how you would like Shantell to help.

The audio sound quality of your voice message, will be better if you speak into a mic/ headphones or headset with a mic. Plug the headphones/ mic into your device before you record. 

You are agreeing to have your question answered in exchange for Shantell answering your question as either: a video, blog post, podcast episode, so Shantell can help others too.

Yes you can swear in your message. No spamming. Please be respectful, and polite. No racial slurs/language  or offensive LGBTQ+  slurs/ language or offensive gender slurs.
